3.94% Credit Card Convenience Fee

If you are paying by credit card, this convenience fee has been added to your "Amount due". This fee can be avoided if paying by check or cash, either in person at our office or mailing a check to: 4280 SW 110th Ave Beaverton, OR 97005. Please note; payments received after 15 days from your invoice date will be subject to additional fee's and interest as stated below, and in your Sales Agreement.

Terms & Conditions: Full payment is due upon receipt of this invoice. Failure to pay in full within 15 days will subject you the the loss of the 7% discount as stated in your Sales Agreement. Additionally, there is a 1.5% per month interest charge for any unpaid balances from the date of the signed Sales Agreement. These amounts will become a part of your balance due, and be reflected in subsequent invoicing sent until paid in full.
